This policy explains what information Ohmlark (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website and how it is used.

1. Calculations stay in your browser

All calculations run locally in your browser. The values you type into calculators, the BOM tool and saved projects are not sent to our servers. Saved projects are stored in your browser’s local storage and can be deleted at any time by clearing site data.

2. Purchases

Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as Merchant of Record. Creem collects your name, email, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive from Creem the information needed to provide Pro access: an order/checkout ID, product, subscription status, customer email and license key. We use this only to grant, restore or revoke Pro access, to provide support and to meet legal obligations.

3. Cookies

We set one strictly necessary cookie (“ohmlark_pro”) when you buy or restore Pro. It contains a signed record of your plan and license key so Pro works on this browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Ohmlark shows no ads and uses no third-party analytics or tracking cookies. If this ever changes, we will update this page and announce it at least 30 days in advance.

4. Server logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log technical data such as IP address, user agent and request time for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (hosting and storage (Cloudflare), payment processing (Creem)) or when required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. Contact us at hello@ohmlark.com. For payment data, you can also contact Creem directly.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date.
