Terms of Service

By using Ohmlark (the “Service”) you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Ohmlark provides electronics calculators. The core calculators are free. Ohmlark Pro is a paid upgrade that adds a whole-device BOM cost and battery-life calculator, PDF/CSV export and saved projects.

2. Engineering disclaimer

Results are estimates based on standard formulas and ideal or typical component behaviour (for example IPC-2221 for trace width). They are provided for education and prototyping. Always verify against datasheets, applicable standards and measurements. Do not rely on the Service for safety-critical, mains-voltage, medical, automotive or life-support designs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from use of the results.

3. Purchases and billing

Orders are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, which is the seller of record and handles payment, taxes and invoices. Pro Monthly renews automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Pro Lifetime is a one-time payment for access for as long as the Service is operated. Prices may change for future purchases; existing lifetime purchases are not affected.

4. License

Your Pro license is personal. You may use it on your own browsers and devices. Sharing or reselling license keys is not allowed, and we may revoke keys that are publicly shared or obtained by fraud, chargeback or refund.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass payment, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features. If we shut down the paid Service, active monthly subscriptions will be cancelled with no further charges.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law of the operator’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law of your country provides otherwise.
