Refund Policy

14-day refund on your first purchase

If Ohmlark Pro isn’t right for you, email hello@ohmlark.com within 14 days of your first payment (Monthly or Lifetime) with your order email or license key, and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Subscriptions

You can cancel Pro Monthly at any time from the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewal payments are generally not refunded, except where required by law or where a charge was clearly made in error.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued by Creem, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the associated Pro access and license key are deactivated.

EU/UK customers

Pro is digital content delivered immediately. Where the law gives you a statutory withdrawal right, our 14-day refund policy above is at least as generous.
