What to include

• Purchases, license keys, cancelling or refunds: your order email or license key. Never send card details.
• A result that looks wrong: the calculator link (use Copy link) and what you expected. The Report a problem link under each result fills this in for you.
• Ideas and requests: anything that would make Ohmlark more useful at your bench.

Many answers are already on the FAQ page. Payments, taxes and invoices are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record.
